C/C++ compilation tasks for Ant.
 The cc task can compile various source languages and produce executables,
 shared libraries (aka DLL's) and static libraries.
 Compiler adaptors are currently  available for C/C++,
 FORTRAN, MIDL and Windows Resource compilers.
