Until this is resolved, you can download a working package of 
Eclipse/CDT and run it directly from the unpacked directory:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Also, if you've got a little free time to build it, I've made an Eclipse 
to Code::Blocks workspace converter, currently in Beta, but has been 
pretty solid for my 32bit Linux use:
