Hello,
the new josm-tested version I'm packaging depends on oauth-signpost, which in 
turn depends on junit 4.5's maven plugin. I suspect that is a >= requirement, 
and the upstream website claims 4.8.1 is out. It would be nice to have an 
upgrade for it.

I'm going to block the ITP for oauth-signpost by this bug.
