Bug#600590: Tomcat should at least suggest libtcnative (libtcnative-1)

libctnative is used in some setups involving tomcat as a way to
provide a faster or more scalable server.

The policy defines the the suggests dependency field as:

    This is used to declare that one package may be more useful with
one or more others. Using this field tells the packaging system and
the user that the listed packages are related to this one and can
perhaps enhance its usefulness, but that installing this one without
them is perfectly reasonable.


Taking into account this and the purpose of the libctnative package,
may I suggest :D you add it as a suggests package to the tomcat binary
package?
