arduino / librxtx-java issue.

Debian Unstable apt-get update'd today, arduino apt-get installed today,
versions after the error.

I have experimental enabled, and I see later versions, so I'll try those,
but I thought I'd notify you of this issue. My third bug report in 8 year or
so on debian ;-) About to do my fourth for eog not handling file names with
a colon in them!
