Hi

On further inspection I noticed that the eclipse in testing is affected
by this, so I will upload the next version of eclipse.

Please assert that the Bundle-Version is "2.9.3" in the manifest files
of the org.apache.lucene and org.apache.lucene.analysis jar before
uploading to avoid breaking the new version of eclipse[1].

Based on #587657, I am guessing that the Require-Bundle update I
requested (#578196) is partly to blame for the breakage.

[1] I doubt it will change; but please just take the 5 minutes extra to
verify it.
