I have the exact same problem. Searching the web, I found a solution that
resolves the issue, although I don't really understand it's implications.

In /etc/sysctl.d/bindv6only.conf you have to change this line:
net.ipv6.bindv6only=1

To this:
net.ipv6.bindv6only=0

And run: invoke-rc.d procps restart
