Bug#566853: ca-certificates-java: Piuparts retest request

I can confirm that ca-certificates-java tests as clear of this bug
report. The package needs to be retested on piuparts.d.o.

ca-certificates-java shares mutual dependencies with
openjdk-6-jre-headless. Since the latter currently contains a piuparts
failure, it should be tested before the former.

ca-certificates-java is currently holding 308 packages in the
dependency-failed-testing state on Piuparts sid.
