No, but see below:

That is not the problem I had in mind.

At some point in the future default-jre will depend on openjdk-7-jre.

If that might be a problem, then the unversioned dependency on 
default-jre is already bug.

But even versioning the dependency on default-jre wouldn't solve
all problems:
Even if you enforce that a Java 6 JRE is installed, you have no
influence on what JRE is running your code since several JRE's
can be installed in parallel.
