Hello Moritz,
I'm not going to claim to have more foo, but I am familiar with this
pattern of FTBFS due to the change in behavior of maven-debian-helper
(m-d-h). The patch looks fine and is what we have been doing for to
address other FTBFS bugs after the upload m-d-h 1.5.
However, note that the resulting binary package will include duplicate
copies of the JAR, one in /usj and another in /usr/share/maven-repo, as
per maven-debian-helper #665799 [1]. Since this is less egregious than
the FTBFS, and I anticipate that we'll come to terms on the behavior of
m-d-h real soon now, I'd say go ahead and upload with the patch to
debian/*.poms.
Cheers,
tony
