“ArtifactDeployer Plugin” is also unusable without maven-plugin
available in Jenkins core.

https://github.com/mika/jenkins-debian-glue recommends using
ArtifactDeployer Plugin, but lists Copy Artifact Plugin as an
alternative. Unfortunately, both need maven-plugin.
