Bug#671295: New upstream version: Trove 3.0.2

Package: libtrove-java
Version: 2.1.0-2
Severity: important

Dear Maintainers,
For updating the ELKI package, I'd need an updated trove 3 package,
as ELKI does not build against Trove 2.

I believe that Trove 2 and 3 do not have the same API, but deliberately can
coexist. Therefore, it may be reasonable to build a libtrove3-java package.
