Errors in Package Homepage entries

Hi!

I know, this should normally be filed as a bug, but would result in  
some kind of mass bug filing which I think can be avoided.

There are currently ~100 packages with broken ord wrong Homepage  
entries - most of them seem to got currupted on some kind of server  
restructuring, eg.

https://tablelayout.dev.java.net/ (whic his broken) vs.  
http://java.net/projects/TableLayout (which works) - the same for e.g  
SwingX.

If it's better to file bugs against the packages to not break to usual  
workflow i'll glady do, but I think it might be easyier/less fuzz this  
way.
