Bug#706422: cofoja: please update the Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser fields

Dear Maintainer,

Please either update the Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser fields (which refer to
cofoja.git) or rename the pkg-java git repository on Alioth (which is named
libcofoja-java.git) so that debcheckout and the PTS links work correctly.
