Bug#700256: [eclipse-jdt] confusing extended description

Package: eclipse-jdt
Version: 3.8.1-1
Severity: minor

The extended descriptions reads:

> This package provides Java Development Tools, a complete and powerful
> Java IDE along with several editors, a refactoring engine, Ant and
> JUnit integration, a debugger, and many more features
>

First, it is not really clear what this means. It sounds like "This
package provides A, B along with C, D, E, F and many more features."
But we mean "This package provides Java Development Tools, which is..."

Second, JDT technically *is* not a Java IDE. It *provides* a Java IDE
when installed with the Eclipse Platform.

Finally, it is redundant to qualify the Java IDE discussed as
"complete". Without a mention to the contrary, an IDE is assumed to be
complete. If we think JDT provides unexpected features, these features
should be mentioned instead.

I'd suggest the following as a starting point:

> This package contains Java Development Tools. These provide a powerful
> Java IDE along with several editors, a refactoring engine, Ant and
> JUnit integration, a debugger, and many more features.
