And what exactly is the problem?

$ dpkg -S /etc/ssl/certs
ca-certificates, ca-certificates-java, openssl, ssl-cert: /etc/ssl/certs

Having a directory owned by many packages is not uncommon.

Please paste error messages, upgrade logs, ...
