   * What led up to the situation?
<ganesh> While running IDE menu New Project, the application will freeze.
Screen shot attached.  Even while running menu option tools->plugins and
settings and select few options then it will freeze.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
<ganesh> Tried this multiple times but failed. Tried opening existing projects
and it worked.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
<ganesh> creation of new project has some serious issues.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
<ganesh> to work well as debian always been.
