Hi Miguel,

Yes, feel free to remove that package.  It was indeed a specific version
needed to build a small piece of Eucalyptus, but since Eucalyptus is no
longer in Sid, and sadly, management here has made the decision not to
devote any time to Eucalyptus on Debian, its best if any package it needed
that no one else has use for be removed.
