Bug#738003: FTBFS from wheezy

Here is the relevant error:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
edu.emory.mathcs.backport.java.util.concurrent.BlockingQueue

libbackport-util-concurrent-java is in the process of being removed in
Jessie (there are 3 rdeps left). backport-util-concurrent.jar has been
removed from the classpath set my maven-ant-helper, that may explain the
issue.
