Control: tags -1 patch

Hi Daniel,

This RC bug is threatening the removal of quite a number of Java
packages that depend on maven.

I've reproduced the issue you reported in an up-to-date sid chroot.

During the maven-compile phase the build attempts to download
maven-install-plugin-2.3.pom which fails due to no network in the chroot.

The maven-install-plugin package in Debian was updated to 2.4-1, so the
build dependency doesn't satisfy the pom.xml version anymore. I've
updated the plugin versions to match the versions in Debian, see the
attached patch that fixes the build for me.

Debian Java Maintainers,

Since we're post-freeze, I don't think the changes for -2 currently in
git will be acceptable to the Release Team (because of the
Standards-Version bump), so I've applied my patch to -1 as currently in
the archive.

Will you upload a fixed maven package and request an unblock, or shall I
NMU it and contact the Release Team?

Kind Regards,

Bas
