Bug#763646: sisu-ioc: FTBFS due to missing maven artifact

Control: reassign -1 src:easymock

This is actually an issue in the easymock package. I changed it to
depend on libcglib3-java but I forgot to update the Maven rule to
transform the version to 3.x in the pom. I'm going to fix it.
