My bad. These files are in a closure-compiler directories in prettify package. 
Since there were besides a convenience copy of closure-compiler and reading 
the TODO note from closure-compiler package, I assumed they were originally 
from closure-compiler.

I was wrong. I'll close this bug. Sorry about the noise.
