Bug#753071: Workaround

Looks like it is some sections in the rules file for the binary
packages that messes up building the documentation package.

I just build the doc package doing this:

make-jpkg --source jdk-7u67-apidocs.zip
cd oracle-java7-doc-7u67
vi debian/rules  # delete the two override_dh_xxx sections
dpkg-buildpackage -b -uc -us
