I didn't need Maven 3 to build maven-compiler-plugin 3.2.
However, 3.x depends on updated (>= 2.0) plexus-compiler library.

So, I had to patch plexus-compiler to don't break
maven-compiler-plugin 2.5.1.

If I don't see significant breakage with this updated
maven-compiler-plugin release I'll proceed to update Maven 2 super
pom in experimental.

If it turns out Maven 3 is really needed, then I'll introduce a new
package maven-compiler-plugin-2.5 as we discussed earlier.
