Bug#786550: libwoodstox-java: should either install lgpl and asl artifacts or only asl

The classes in the two jars are identical, shipping two jars in one
package would be a waste of space.

This dichotomy between ASL/LGPL artifacts is absurd in my opinion,
upstream should ship the library once, simply state it's dual licensed
and let the users decide the license they want for their work.

As a convenience we should probably provide both Maven artifacts (but
with a symlink to avoid the duplication of the jar), that will simplify
the usage of the package (no more substitution rules).
