unfortunately I have to reject your package.

The copyright holder of:
 jackson-dataformat-xml-jackson-dataformat-xml-2.5.3\src\test\java\com\fasterxml\jackson\dataformat\xml\failing\Issue97Test.java
is Nu Echo Inc. They don't appear in any other file and give no license information for that test, so it is not distributable.
