Bug#805228: maven-repo-helper: building arch-indep target conflicts with mh_install -i option

Package: maven-repo-helper
Version: 1.8.12
Severity: important

while updating libjackson-json-java I discovered that the package
FTBFS when one tries to build the arch-indep target for
instance with

GIT_PBUILDER_OPTIONS=--debbuildopts=-A DIST=sid ARCH=amd64 gbp buildpackage

dh automatically calls mh_install -i but the -i option (ignore_rules)
is also a valid option for mh_install but it requires additional
parameters. Thus every package which uses dh and maven-repo-helper will
fail. This is problematic when uploading source only packages to the
buildd which will always use the arch-indep target for building arch:all
packages.
