Bug#801693: jasperreports: Please migrate to groovy 2.x

bgfinancas builds with jasperreports 6.1.1

When I try to build libspring-java I get this error message:

I believe we either have to add maven artifacts to libolap4j-java or we
have to modify libspring-java's 0021-use-system-dependencies.patch somehow.
