Bug#860845: tuxguitar: maintainer scripts call update-mime-database manually

Dear Maintainer,

This package calls update-mime-database manually from a maintainer
script and depends on shared-mime-info. Both are unnecessary these
days, and are handled by dpkg triggers automatically, so they should be
dropped, as they could cause issues in some cases during upgrades.
