Looking at:

https://packages.debian.org/stretch/all/ivy/filelist

, we see that the included version is:

/usr/share/java/ivy-2.3.0.jar

, whereas the advertised version is 2.4.0.

This would be useful to fix, as 2.3.0 has an issue with bouncycastle (exact problem available on request).
