Bug#1024701: libphonenumber8 update breaks evolution

Evolution gives the following confusing error message.

$ evolution
evolution: symbol lookup error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libebook-
contacts-1.2.so.4: undefined symbol:
_ZN4i18n12phonenumbers11PhoneNumberC1EPN6google8protobuf5ArenaE

However, libebook-contacts has not changed recently.
