Dear Maintainer,<br>

Today, I needed to configure the Tomcat Manager application to accept<br>

WAR file uploads larger than 50MB. I found no way of doing this without<br>

editing /usr/share/tomcat7-admin/manager/WEB-INF/web.xml, which is not a<br>

conffile. This means that my configuration will be undone next time the<br>

tomcat7-admin package is updated, and the developers I support will<br>

again be unable to upload their applications.<br>

Please provide (and document) a way to override the maintainer-supplied<br>

configuration of Tomcat Manager (without editing non-conffiles).<br>
