[Pkg-javascript-devel] nodejs and npm : worth reading about modules

Current situation is a bit different with ~/.node_libraries for local
installs and /usr/local/lib/nodejs for global installs.
The global path is not going to change for DFHS sakes.
The local path is more likely to become ~/.node_modules...
