[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#645135: libjs-simile-timeline: should receommend/suggest jquery (not embed it)

Package: libjs-simile-timeline
Version: 2.3.0-1
Severity: important

libjs-simile-timeline embeds jquery.

Instead, the separately packaged libjs-jquery should be recommended.

According to https://github.com/lfarcy/simile-timeline that helper
library is only used once to get an animation effect when the timeline
is resized, and can apparently simply be dropped. If true, it should be
enough to suggest libjs-jquery.
