Policy IMO should mandate naming the binary package node-* where * 
equals the name of the library as reachable in the Node environment.

Personally I did not feel it important to spell it out more explicitly 
than already written, but others feel free to disagree and improve the 
wording.

For comparison, see e.g. the Perl library libxml-libxml-perl :-)
