It's a Package Entropy Tracker, it tells you the shape of a list of
packages, from bugs, if there are RCs, in which, which one has new
upstream updates, which are ready to be uploaded, which are in the
process of being packaged.

It allows you to not forget a package in the limbo. Plus, it allows
non-busy developers with just enough time to check some packages to
upload packages prepared by maintainers with no-upload-right.

I believe pkg-perl PET is a great example of how it works. Made easier
for people to decide in what spend their time.
