[Pkg-javascript-devel] Package team ownership

Hi,

I would like to know what the team approach to package ownership is.
Specifically, I need a new version of node-lodash for node-argparse; should I
file a wishlist bug and wait for the existing uploaders to update the
package, or should I just go ahead and update it myself (and add myself to
"Uploaders")?

I had a look at the wiki but didn't find anything relevant.
