FYI, the freeze plan for Stretch is as follow:
 * 5th of September 2016: Transition freeze
 * 5th of November 2016:  Softfreeze
 * 5th of December 2016:  The freeze

The timing seems a bit tight, but this should place us in the "v.Next" LTS 
timeframe. Should we maybe warn the RT right now that we plan to have some 
transitions past September 2016?
