It seems this file is not shipped upstream (at least, I can't locate
it). And most dependencies to built jquery-ui with grunt aren't
available in Debian yet. However, there seems to be an grunt target to
build the global file, so I wonder what the intentions are upstream.

I'll see how far I can get with catting and sedding the files.
