Sorry I forgot about that. Lintian should tell us about those things...
Anyway i just rebuilt node-browserify-lite from vcs and lintian
doesn't complain, and
/usr/lib/nodejs/browserify-lite/cli.js has +x correctly set.

What's the trouble again ?
