[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#867294: npm2deb: please support creating libjs-xxx packages as well

Not all packages distributed by npm are nodejs packages. Many are also
client side javascript code which then belongs into libjs-xxx packages
instead of into node-xxx packages.

Also, libjs-xxx packages will not need a dependency on nodejs and the
note "Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine." in the
package description is unnecessary as well.
