Package: node-tape
Version: 4.8.0+20172409gitb66f8f80928bb-1
Severity: normal
User: ubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com
Usertags: origin-ubuntu bionic autopkgtest

Dear maintainers,

The autopkgtests in the new version of node-tape have never passed:

[...]
  206 passing (27s)
  6 pending
  6 failing

  1) test/exit.js too few exit should be equivalent:

      Error: should be equivalent
      + expected - actual

         ---
           operator: fail
           expected: 6
           actual: 5

      + at: process.<anonymous> ($TAPE/index.js:$LINE:$COL)
           stack: |-
             Error: plan != count
                 [... stack stripped ...]
         ...

      at ConcatStream.<anonymous> (/usr/lib/nodejs/concat-stream/index.js:36:43)

autopkgtest [12:32:39]: test runtestsuite: - - - - - - - - - - results - - - - - - - - - -
runtestsuite FAIL non-zero exit status 1

While the test failure is (unfortunately) not considered a blocker for
Debian testing, autopkgtest regressions are blockers for Ubuntu releases.
This therefore will hold the new version of node-tape out of upcoming Ubuntu
releases until resolved.
