Upstream, jed has only JED_ROOT/lib/colors/. All other files (dfa and
hlp) are distinguished by their extension.

I would propose using the same scheme for the extension libraries if
there are no convincing reasons for doing otherwise.

Never fiddle with JED_ROOT/lib if there are not *very* convincing
reasons.
