Cleanup Conflicts

These are very old packages which are obsolete now.  The last time they were
uploaded were in 1998:

We might drop the conflicts on those packages.  I doubt that anyone would
try to upgrade from potato to etch.  Otherwise, we just keep the
conflicts, since they are harmless.
