As a courtecy to update-lazy Jed users, I vote for keeping the
replacement code for all /stable and /oldstable Packages.

Currently, /oldstable is Woody and contains:

jed-common Version: 0.99.15-5 which
Replaces: jedslc, jedsl, jedsl-src, jed (<< 0.99.10-2)

I.e. these packages are older than /oldstable and I support the "drop".
