There should be no need for the above Depends, because findutils must be
present in any Debian system:

    $ apt-cache show findutils | grep "\(Package\|Priority\|Essential\)"
    Package: findutils
    Essential: yes
    Priority: required
    
unless there is a reason for the versioned dependency (>= 4.2.9).
