Build warning messages

Hi,

in the announcement for GCC 4.1 on debian-devel-announce from Matthias
Klose, he pointed to some special warnings on 64bit architectures[1] that
may point out an error. With the buildd network Debian has a good
infrastructure to check for errors not visible on default architectures
or not coming up under normal circumstances.

To see such warnings we must enable them for the build process. I suggest
we set the compiler flags -Wall -Wformat=2 -Wunused -Wundef -Wextra.

What do you think?

Have a nice weekend, Jörg.
