Looks like "inofficially orphaned". In this case we might go ahead and
conflict with the current version of jedstate. If I remember right, once
jed 0.18 goes to unstable (or testing), the normal Debian consistency
check will apply and either kick jedstate out or prompt an update.

Paul, do you think gdbmrecent can replace jedstate? 

 Is a database conversion script feasible? Would it make sense (after 1
 week the old database is out anyway)? Would conversion documentation
 (listing differences) help? Who could write such a thing?
