freetype-include patch

Dear Jed packers,

trying to build the jed 0.99.18 packages from a alioth-SVN copy, I had to
realise that

  applying patch 40_freetype-include to ./ ... failed.

Looking at the patch, I found:

  --- jed-0.99.16.pre.0.99.17.84.orig/src/Makefile.in
  +++ jed-0.99.16.pre.0.99.17.84/src/Makefile.in

which doesnot seem to match the building of 0.99.8, does it?

Is this patch still needed?
