Releases of jedmodes

I really appreciated you joining the pkg-jed group.  From my experience
in Debian, our aim is to coordinate the best we can with the upstream
authors and bringing the number of dpatches to zero is a goal that we
should try to achieve.

I think we can do Debian releases from CVS snapshots.  This is done with
many other packages in Debian.
